Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to SCS Integrated Support Solutions, LLC to provide the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) add on to existing furniture panels in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Brief Description of Requirement: �The contractor shall provide all necessary parts, equipment, and items to design, deliver, and install the stack-on onto existing furniture panels to be complete/fully functional.� Contractor shall be able to adapt their stack-on for an exact fit and color match to existing furniture panels.� The sole provider of these stack-on panels for fit and color is SCS Integrated Support Solutions, LLC.� Period of Performance: 60 days after award Place of Performance: �Gunter Annex, Maxwell AFB, AL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. There will be no written solicitation issued. �This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. �This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall be registered in the Department of Defense (DoD) System for Award Management (SAM).� Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).� Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.� Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the SOW are requested to provide the following information in their response: � 1.� Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement.� 2.� Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, CAGE Code and DUNS number.� IMPORTANT NOTES: � 1. �Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. �Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice. � 2. �Respondents may respond via e-mail no later than 25 September 2020, 12:00 PM, Central Standard Time (CST) to Chris Ladnier, darrell.ladnier@@us.af.mil; (334) 953-3086 or Donald Crawford at donald.crawford.8@us.af.mil; (334)-953-6113. � If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to SCS Integrated Support Solutions, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. �
