Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 or the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1903, the Ralph Bunche Library proposes to award a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition to Dow Jones for 175 registered digital users of WSJ.com (Wall Street Journal Digital Edition).� The total estimated cost is $40,687.50. The requirement is to provide access to WSJ.com subscription content for 175 users 24 hours, 365 days at a total cost of $40,687.50, for a period of one year. The supplies/services must meet the requirements listed below. The multidisciplinary research, commentary, and analysis presented on WSJ.com will allow Department of State employees to stay abreast of global developments, especially as they relate to legal, economic, political, and cultural news events. An electronic subscription to this material directly from the publisher provides a timely, complete, and usable source for the material, as well as access to archival research for each user.
