- �Purpose: �To provide a statement of work for the HQDA G-4 Hallway Refresh Project to assist in clearly executing a contract in FY20.� 2.� Background:� The G-4 has authority to decorate the third corridor on the first floor of the Pentagon. The current exhibit contains outdated doctrine and pictures.� 3. �Discussion:� The FY20 Hallway Refresh will be composed of multiple parts: Removal of two current exhibits. Exhibits will be broken down and moved to designated disposal areas.� Walls will be cleared and prepped for follow on work. �All areas will be left cleaned and free of debris. Update to and movement of the Medal of Honor (MoH) display.� The MoH display will be moved to a pre-existing display location and will require the removal of the Eisenhower display to another location first.� Once complete, the wall will be cleaned and prepped for the MoH.� The display will be slightly updated with new pictures, additional graphics, and made slightly larger. Nine displays to introduce and exhibit the eight Principles of Sustainment.� Displays will be multi-layered at approximately 96� wide x 48� high x 4� deep.� Panels will have up to three layers, made of varying colors and substrates. Layers will include, at a minimum, pictures, artifact cases, and etched lettering. Project will include design, modifications, fabrication, delivery, and installation. LTG(R) Gregg Award Display. Create a new exhibit (approximately 24� x 36�) that displays history and annual winners of the LTG(R) Gregg Award. �Will include picture and etched lettering, as well as a minimum of 20 removable engraving plaques to highlight each year�s winner.
