- Description
- This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). This is NOT a job advertisement for hiring employees. The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at https://BETA.sam.gov/. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information. VA is seeking qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of performing a relocation of GN-16 Sound Room at Casper VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). This service requires the vendor to disassemble and reassemble the GN-16 Sound Room and uninstall then reinstall all components inside the structure, so that it functions the way the original equipment manufacturer intended fully calibrated and set-up with equipment and furnishing to the same standards as before it left its current position in the current VA CBOC. The VA requires a turn key service be provided by the qualified vendor, i.e., how the room looks and functions now in the current location is how it must look and function in the new location once the move has been completed. This service must include calibration and necessary adjustments to ensure the same calibration standards are achieved upon completion of installation at the new location. VA anticipates the calibration and audio consultation during the move may be a subcontracted portion of services with a professional expert from the industry associated with sound booths. The move will occur within Casper, Wyoming, and must occur by October 5th, 2020, and no later than October 13, 2020.
