FY 2021 refuse collection services with a weekly pick up schedule. (1) 6 yard container- 1x week pick up (1) 4 yard container - 1x week pick up Period Of performance: 10/01/2020 - 9/30/2021. Delivery Schedule: Request all quotations to include a direct shipping estimate for standard delivery within 30 days ARO: USCGC SCIOTO 221 MISSISSIPPI DR. KEOKUK, IA 52632 All Quotations are required include the following additional information: � Contractor Tax Identification Number � Contractor Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Number � Service information showing all specifications and�� capabilities for the service being offered for review in meeting the Government's need The NAICS Code for this requirement is 562111 This requirement is set aside for small business only. The small business size standard for this requirement is $38.5 million. All quotations submitted will be evaluated in terms of the requirements meeting the service in this RFQ, price and delivery. Upon conclusion of the evaluation, the quotation that is most advantageous to the Government may result in an award to other than the lowest offer.
