- STATEMENT OF NEED The NLRB is seeking training and change management services to complete the migration from SfB to Teams.� The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) staff are looking for guidance and training on the Teams platform in the form of �Train the Trainer� so that the office can continue to support the Agency at the conclusion of this contract.� The vendor will also lead the training and change management for the rest of the Agency, in a coordinated effort, with OCIO to deploy Teams for all of Headquarters and the Field Offices. The types of services requested are detailed in the following list of deliverables: Provide best practices for Teams governance, management of Teams and associated functions (O365 groups, SharePoint sites, etc�) Change management in the form of communication email templates and a plan/schedule for how to deploy Teams throughout the Agency Twenty (20) Instructor-led training sessions via webinar (Sixty (60) minutes each) specific to Teams Digital training and help guide materials specific to Teams Online video library with self-guided learning paths specific to Teams Live support agents available for online chat launched from within the Teams channel Live support agents in the form of help desk support calls via Teams calling features.� (1000 minutes) Program management to ensure delivery of all training and change management services. The following add-on services shall be included as optional contract line items: Additional instructor-led virtual training sessions (individual or packs of 5, 10) (Sixty 60 minutes each) Live support agents in the form of help desk support calls via Teams calling features.� (8000 minutes)
