- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the services for Refurbishment of ETE40B 6/7 Output Shaft Bearing on a Sole Source basis from Pas Mro. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
