Contractor shall provide the Government with a fully functional turn-key Vindicator AES 1500 IDS�to monitor and relay duress (wireless) buttons, up to five (5) each at the Portales gate, Over Watch Facility at Portales gate, Commercial Vehicle Inspection Facility and Chavez Housing Area gate.�� It is the contractors responsibility to include New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT) in their RFQ.� If you have questions regarding the NMGRT please contact the� New Mexico Taxation & Revenue.
