Description: Provide approximately 74 parking spaces meeting the following requirements: 1.� Spaces must be covered and must be located within 1,000 feet of 250 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland. 2.� Judiciary employees must be able to park their own cars, keep their keys, and have unlimited in-and-out access at no additional cost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3.� Parking facility must be well lit throughout, including elevators, stairwells, entrances and all areas accessible by the public. 4.� Parking facility must be clean with appropriate ventilation and exhaust. 5.� Parking facility must be a safe and secure environment.
