Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ORDER under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Juggernaut Defense, LLC, 16460 N. 91st Street, Scottsdale, AZ� 85260 for Juggernaut customized tactical phone cases and duty belt mounts. �Juggernaut Defense LLC is the only provider of these items, and no other product will meet the Government's needs. � No formal solicitation package will be issued. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully quote must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims of abilities.� The Government will review any submittals received in response to this notice prior to 1:00 pm Eastern Time on September 29, 2020. �All documentation must be submitted via email. �The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses to this announcement. �This is the only notice that will be issued for these items.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
