Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to procure pressure blast cabinet with Titan Abrasive Systems, LLC.� The instant requirement is being processed through other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�.� The Government intends to solicit and award to Titan Abrasive Systems, LLC on a sole source basis, since they are the only known source with capability of satisfying the government�s minimum requirement at this time.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTATIONS.� A request for quote will be available for download on or about 30 September 2020 under RFQ number N0018920Q0676 at the following website: beta.sam.gov.� This action will be solicited on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Items�, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures�.� This action will result in a firm fixed-price award type contract.
