Description: Based on Boeing�s successful efforts in Phase I, II, III, and IV, they have developed the unique expertise relative to the design of the current Transonic Truss-Braced Wing configuration. Because of their long history of designing, wind-tunnel testing, evaluating, and further evolving the TTBW design, Boeing is the only source capable of providing the continued testing and development of TTBW.�The attached JEFOP gives justification for utilizing Boeing as the sole source to perform the TTBW requirement.�
