The event will include briefings on the IWRP, Consortium Operations, presentation of Technical Briefs, and one-on-one break-out teleconferences. Technical briefs presented during the IWRP Consortium Quarterly Industry Day will include the below thirteen (13) topics. It is anticipated that the topics will be the basis of upcoming Request for Prototype Projects (RPP) to IWRP Consortium Members or are a Pre-Solicitation Collaboration (PSC). This is not a Request for Prototype Projects, but for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects, you must be a member of the IWRP Consortium. For more information on becoming an IWRP consortium member, please visit https://www.theiwrp.org. The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the IWRP Consortium, and industry in general, advanced notification of Government intent. RPP topics will include a technical brief and one-on-one break-out teleconferences. The RPP topics consist of the following: 1) 21-LANT-0161 Wargaming Auditorium Video Floor: The government is seeking a floor mounted video display, capable of being walked on by multiple people, for a wargaming auditorium. 2) 21-PAC-0162 Navy VLF/LF Module: The government is seeking a prototype for a VLF/LF Radio Front End (RFE) module in a 3U OpenVPX form factor. 3) 21 LANT-0166 Defense Multi-level Secure System (DMSS) Prototype: The government is seeking a voice and video conferencing system that can conduct conferencing at up to three different security classification levels. 4) 21-LANT-0167 Novel Antenna Designs for NSAv: The government is seeking novel antenna designs that are optically transparent. 5) 21-LANT-0168 Identity Intelligence at the Tactical Edge: The government is seeking a prototype system that is body-worn, ruggedized, and capable of distributed computing, aggregating resources, and communicating amongst nodes with no required reach-back to a larger data center or cloud-based resources. 6) 21-LANT-0170 DON Law Enforcement/Investigations Pilot (LE/INVP): The government is seeking a comprehensive data and process management capability that provides custom reporting in response to data calls. 7) 21-LANT-0172 ONI Threat Model Development Process: The government is seeking to develop a process for model development and documentation which yields models useful for simulation testing. 8) 21-PAC-0163 OUSD 5G Camp Pendleton Infrastructure: The government is seeking a rapidly transportable 5G network infrastructure for experimentation focusing on the utility of 5G networks and 5G-enabled technology (21-PAC-0164) in support of expeditionary operations. 9) 21-PAC-0164 OUSD 5G Camp Pendleton Applications: The government is seeking 5G- enabled or 5G-enhanced technologies relevant to identified use case applications for experimentation on a transportable 5G testbed infrastructure (21-PAC-0163). 10) 21-LANT-0165 Naval Station Norfolk 5G Architecture Ashore and Afloat: The government is seeking 5G Wireless Technology for Navy afloat (ship-wide) and ashore (piers) connectivity to evaluate infrastructure, operations, and security considerations. 11) 21-PAC-0169 JBPHH 5G Initiative Network Testbed: The government is seeking 5G test facilities that enable rapid experimentation & multi-use application prototyping; uses commercially available 5G network, technology, and processes; and provides a leave- behind 5G prototype accredit-able on an IL5 and IL6 network. 12) 21-PAC-0173 JBPHH 5G Initiative Aircraft Mission Readiness Application: The government is seeking 5G enabled applications that support aircraft maintenance and readiness Use Cases. The Government anticipates one (1) Pre-Solicitation for Collaboration (PSC) to be solicited via N65236-18-9-0001. The PSC topic will include a technical brief and one-on- one break-out teleconferences. The PSC topic consists of the following: 1) 21-LANT-0171 Request for Shipboard Testing Solution for Integrated Test Procedures: The government is seeking a solution for client devices (laptops / tablets / handhelds) that can operate either connected or in no bandwidth / low bandwidth environments and for multiple security enclaves. This will be a pre-solicitation collaboration. Additional information on IWRP or to become a member, please refer to the following link: https://www.theiwrp.org
