- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Nashville Delineated Area: North: West Division Street & East Division Street (Approximately 2.5 miles north of I-40) West: I-40, exit 219/Bell Road/Stewarts Ferry Pike East: I-40, exit 229/Beckwith Road South: Percy Priest Lake/Central Pike (Approximately 2.5 miles south of I-40) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA[H1]�[H2]�[H3]�): 4,585[H4]�[H5]� Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,814 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total[H6]�[H7]�): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Surface): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements[H8]�[H9]�: *Tenant-agency is the Audit Agency for the Federal Government. *Offered Space should be contiguous. *The space requires normal business hours for HVAC.
