- TRANSFER CABLE ASSE Solicitation for NSN: 1660-010381880. DELIVERY SCHEDULE�274 DAYS ARO FOR PRODUCTION QUANTITY. This NSN is a commercial item that contains requirements for configuration control. NAICS is 336413. This� is a 100 percent total small business set aside. This is a stock buy with no surge requirements. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is at ORIGIN. This is a request forproposal for a Firm Fix Price for�48 each. Solicited as 100 Percent total small business set aside. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-6490. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
