Description

** This is not a Request for Prototype Projects (RPP), but for planning purposes only. �No Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) projects will be awarded from this announcement ** The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on behalf of Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems IWS 2.0 intends to issue a solicitation, otherwise known as a RPP, through the Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC). �The purpose of this announcement is to provide industry, advanced notification of the Government's intent. This solicitation (RPP) is for concurrent Office of Naval Research (ONR) Long Endurance Airborne Platform (LEAP) Future Naval Capability (FNC) and Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Long Endurance Electronic Decoy (LEED) acquisition.� The Government anticipates that the RPP may be released in November 2020. Parties interested in responding to the RPP must be a member of the consortium.
