Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Testing and Other Support Services (PL8332), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Comcast (CAGE Code: 1STF0), 9609 Annapolis Road Lanham, Maryland 20706, for the acquisition of Cable TV services for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Ft. Meade. Cable TV services are required using the existing cable communication devices that are currently installed in the building for land line cable service. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors may send written correspondence to the following address: amber.m.analla.civ@mail.mil. The estimated date of award is October 15, 2020. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 515120.
