Description

This is Amendment 3 to the Request for Proposal entitled Specialized, Engineering, Aeronautics, and Manufacturing (SEAM) II 80JSC020R0045. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Government has modified clause L.25 JSC 52.215-108 PROPOSAL MARKING AND DELIVERY THROUGH LARGE FILE TRANSFER (LFT). (JUN 2020) to extend the date in which the Government anticipates responding with an invitation to use the LFT from October 8, 2020 to October 16, 2020.� The purpose of this change is to ensure Offeror�s invitations remain active during the proposal submission period given that LFT invitations issued by the Government expire 168 hours after they are issued.� The Government has provided information related to Large File Transfers, which includes the following attachments: �LFT_Quick_Start_Guide� �LFT_User_Guide� In addition, the Government provides the following clarifications: Offerors are reminded that the Government is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of documents submitted using electronic means, including the missing of any established deadlines. Please note that uploading documents via LFT and the transmission of the files from the Offeror to the Government may not be instantaneous. Offerors are cautioned to allow for sufficient time to ensure timely proposal delivery before the submission deadline of 1330 CDT on October 22, 2020. To ensure successful delivery, Offerors should submit proposals at least 24 hours prior to the time specified in the solicitation. Any and all additional documents will be available on www.beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
