This is a request for information only and in no way, shape, or form, binds the government to any contract or agreement Requirement: Protect Premium Zeiss Xradia 520 X-Ray Microscope This requirement is for maintenance only. Maintenance Services: �Perform 2 Preventative maintenance (8hrs/visit) each year ensuring provided item is fully operational �Include Unlimited repair visits for a period of 1 yea �Submit and Deliver Accurate Maintenance and Repair Reports within two business days of maintenance/repair visit. �Service Call Repairs. �Repairs are made in a timely manner; Customer is informed of expected repair time. Response and repair is made within the specified time.
