- Description
- NSN 2840-005564373; P/N: 2-100-025-07; Blade, Compressor, Al; Honeywell International (CAGES 99193).� FOB at Origin and inspection/acceptance at Origin.� Delivery: 365 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to the designated location.� This solicitation is unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition.� A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 2,316 each.� The solicitation issue date will be on or about 10/26/2020.� The closing date will be on or about 11/26/2020.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on the issue date cited in the solicitation.� Choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer.� In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).� SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov.� Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.� If time does not permit evaluation of SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).� Point of contact for this procurement is Scott Brunner, phone 804-279-5901 or e-mail Scott.Brunner@dla.mil.
