The total period-of-performance will be for five (5) years if all options are exercised. The estimated value of the proposed contract for all five (5) years is $2,293,499.00. Standard & Poors Global Market Intelligence is the source of S&Ps credit rating reports, S&P CapitalIQ and SNL Financial. EXIM Bank has need of Moodys and Fitch ratings reports as well as S&Ps. Each agency has its own unique point of view and it is necessary to have the full spectrum of opinion, research and data available when making credit decisions. In addition, occasionally S&P may be the only agency which rates a particular entity. S&P has gathered a great deal of financial and comparative company and industry data and has made it available within the S&P Global Market Intelligence platform in a desktop suite of tools for business & credit analysis. S&P Global Market Intelligence is a highly specialized data platform. It is the only source which combines S&P rating reports and research with comparative company and bank financial data and ratios from S&P. S&P Global Market Intelligence is essential to EXIM Bank. It is not duplicated by Moodys or Fitch subscriptions, which are also essential to the operations of EXIM Bank. This proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and receive only one quote from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(ii)(2) and FAR13.501(a). Capabilities received will not obligate the Government to make an award. If any vendors would like to inquire about subcontract opportunities, please contact the vendor directly. Any vendors who believe they can provide the supplies/services required can provide proof of their ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of; Contracting Officer Kevin Alexander at Kevin.Alexander@exim.gov . Only email submissions will be accepted. (Only email submissions will be accepted)
