- Description
- The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is issuing a request for proposal for accomplishing the USCGC HEALY Dock-side Repairs in Fiscal Year 2021. This procurement is 100% set-aside for certified HUBZone small-business contractors. The dockside is to be performed at 1519 Alaskan Way S., Seattle, WA 98134. This requirement will result in the award of a single firm fixed price Requirements ship repair contract. To receive an award, the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ . The estimated ordering period for this Requirements contract is from date of contract award to 10 June 2021.� The contract is expected to be awarded on or about 04 December 2020. The following is provided as information only and is not to be construed as a commitment on the part to the Government: It is anticipated that the first task order will be awarded shortly after contract award and would include contract line items (CLINs) 001 to 037 and a period of performance of 05 January 2021 to 10 May 2021. �Note that there is an additional four days of sea trails whose dates will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) after task order award.
