Note:� This Pre-Solicitation Notice follows a Small Business Sources Sought notice that was released on May 22, 2020 under HHS?NIH?NCI?SBSS?PCPSB?00035-AM, and a Sources Sought notice that was also released on May 22, 2020 under HHS?NIH?NCI?SS?PCPSB?00035-AM. This Pre-Solicitation Notice replaces the notice posted on August 25, 2020 under Notice ID 75N91020R00035 in its entirety. NOTICE OF INTENT FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETION THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON A LATER DATE. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R499 Support � Professional: Other Services.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210 � Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. Description:The Surveillance Research Program (SRP) within the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) and the Prevention, Control and Population Sciences Branch (PCPSB) within the Office of Acquisitions (OA), National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, intends to solicit for the provision of modeling support and technical and logistical support to facilitate collaborative efforts of the Cancer Intervention and Surveillance Modeling Network (CISNET), a consortium of NCI-funded investigators who use simulation modeling to extend evidence provided by trial,� epidemiologic, and surveillance data to guide public health research and priorities. This is a re-competition of contract HHSN261201300002I �Technical and Logistical Support for Cancer Surveillance� contract with Cornerstone Systems Northwest, Inc. Scope of Work: See attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: The NCI anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 16.5 �Indefinite-Delivery Contracts�. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or around March 31, 2021, with an ordering period of five (5) years.�� The NCI anticipates awarding Task Order 1 simultaneously with the base IDIQ inclusive of a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year option periods.�� Place of Performance: Contractor�s work site. Set Aside Status: This acquisition IS NOT anticipated to be a Small Business Set-Aside. Anticipated Request for Proposal: Request for Proposal (RFP) 75N91020R00035 will be available on or about October 30, 2020. THIS ACQUISITION IS ANTICIPATED TO BE SOLICITED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The RFP will only be available electronically and must be accessed on the Contract Opportunities section of the beta.Sam.gov website at https://beta.sam.gov/ (formerly FedBizOpps.) All information required for submission of a proposal will be contained in the electronic RFP package.
