- Please see the attachments for�Amendment 0003 (Amendment 0002 was skipped). This is Amendment 0001 to re-schedule the site visit and extend the proposal due date. Please see the attachment for detail. [NAF Funded Project RENOVATE FITNESS CENTER BLDG NO. 829 AND 767 (WORK PLAN) CFA CHINHAE] THIS IS A WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC CONTRACTORS. ONLY Proposals for this requirements are being solicited f rom the MATOC contractors for the follow ing MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals f rom of ferors other than these MATOC Contractors w ill not be considered for aw ard, Contract Number: W91QVN-18-D-0080, 0082, 0084, 0085, 0089, 0091, 0092, 0113, 0115, and 0116. A. Site Visit: Of ferors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR52.236-27 in Section L. Of ferors are required to have a valid Korean Identif ication card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B.SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: See section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the ""No-of fer letter"" by date and time specif ied in this solicitation. C.BASIS OF AWARD: See Section M of this solicitation.
