- This is a Sources Sought announcement ONLY, and is not an intent to procure. This will be a 100% set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 541512 � Computer Systems Design Services and the small business size standard is $30 million. �The contract will consist of a Base Period and four (4) one year option periods. �The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Each potential source shall give a brief description of their ability to satisfy the requirements identified above and shall provide three references of relevance from the last three years.� Provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of previous work (within the past 3 years) or work currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the Contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements identified above.� Contractors shall also provide point of contact information (name, telephone number, email address) where available for the efforts cited above. All responses to this Sources Sought are limited to two pages and must include the following additional information: name and address of firm, commercial activity/government entity (CAGE) code, small business size status, point of contact name, title, phone, and email.� Contractor also should be registered in System Award Management (SAM). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Rucker has a requirement from the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) to provide Business, Analytical, and Technical Support (BAT) to USAACE for government facilities at Fort Rucker, Alabama.� A solicitation is not available at this time, and any requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. �MICC Fort Rucker is conducting Market Research to determine the availability of firms who can provide BAT Service for Fort Rucker. The US Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) is responsible for overall direction, guidance and execution of Aviation Branch functions related to Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) development, integration and synchronization.� This includes current operations related to the initial as well as follow-on professional military training of Aviation Officers, Warrant Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, and Soldiers, as well as future operations related to the Aviation Branch Force Modernization proponent responsibilities.� In this role, USAACE maintains a total Army perspective in managing programs and keeps the Army leadership fully apprised of program status to include problems, which could affect the Army�s ultimate commitment to aviation programs. USAACE is located at Ft. Rucker, AL but also has smaller subordinate organizations at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA, and Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The BATS requirement will assist the USAACE G-5 and Commander's Initiative Group (CIG), to conduct strategic planning, strategic communications, policy development, and engagement planning and preparation in support of the USAACE Commanding General (CG) to synchronize the Aviation Branch vision, priorities, and objectives across the Aviation Enterprise, the Army Staff, the Department of Defense (DoD), and Congress.� This is a non-personal services contract.� A draft PWS is attached for your information.�� Interested sources shall submit all replies by email to Ms. Florutha A.
