- Description
- This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division on behalf of the NVARNG Yellow Ribbon Program.� The Yellow Ribbon Program has three events planned during November and December 2020 in the greater Reno Nevada area. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01 dated 10-01-2020. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 721110 or 721120 with an industry size standard of $35M.� The Product Service Code (PSC) is X1AB. A responsible offeror / quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.� Offerors can propose multiple venues and options if desired.� All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at https://sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf to register. Quoted pricing can be submitted via company formatting, however the attached pricing sheet must be completed and submitted.� The attached SF1449 provides the offer evaluation criteria, contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement. This is an all or none RFQ and Vendors must be able to quote all three events.� Each event can be at the same or different venues.� Vendors may also submit multiple quotes if desired. Quotes and any related documentation shall be submitted to Mr. Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday, 21 October 2020. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.� I will confirm receipt of emailed quotes and number of attachments received.
