- The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain service and preventative maintenance for Government owned Getinge Sterilizers, Washers and RO Water Treatment Systems listed below: Quantity Description Model 2 Sterilizer 633HC 2 Boilers CAS45 2 UC System 2460 2 Washer/Disinfector 8668 1 RO System LRG48-AB 1 Cart Washer 9128E Period of performance: 12/01/2020 through 11/30/2025 Basic description of this requirement: Getinge is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and developer of the products listed above. Getinge is the sole authorized licenser of equipment/software and provider of maintenance and support. Getinge shall provide a full-service agreement to include OEM certified technicians, preventative maintenance as determined by each product, which shall include OEM parts, travel, labor, telephone technical support during business hours and onsite response in one business day. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by October 23, 2020 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE GETINGE USA SALES, LLC in the subject line.
