- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO ACCENTURE FEDERAL SERVICES LLC TO PROVIDE AN UPGRADE TO THE TASK MANAGEMENT TOOL (TMT) LICENSES AND HELP DESK SUPPORT.� THE SYSTEM IS A COMMERCIAL-OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) SOLUTION AND CORRESPONDING SOFTWARE ASSURANCE SUPPORTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) LICENSED USERS AND TO FACILITATE THE MIGRATION EFFORTS TO MOVE AIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND�S (AETC) TMT ENVIRONMENT TO THE AIR FORCE RESERVE CENTER (AFRC) TMT PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. FA701421CXXXX - TMT Licenses and Support The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), announces the intent to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Accenture Federal Services, LLC under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 � 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The anticipated period of performance will be for one twelve month base period and four twelve-month option years.� AFDW/PK will also be awarding a follow-on contract to FA701415C5008 on or around 26 Oct 2020 for a base and four option years to Accenture Federal Services, LLC.� This is a sole source awards under FAR Part 6.302-1 � 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� This follow-on award will be to provide the Licenses and Help Desk support for the TMT system that has been currently in place supporting the Air Force enterprise since 2013. The AF TMT environment is the AF Enterprise Cloud Solution for TMT and Accenture Federal Services, in collaboration with Microsoft, has developed a high quality TMT-CRM COTS solution on the Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2016 platform, for which Accenture has retained full rights to its software.� No other contractor has developed a TMT-CRM COTS solution on the Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2016 platform capable of meeting the overall AF needs nor compatible with the current TMT configuration baseline.� Accenture Federal Services, is the sole manufacturer and software support of the TMT tool, licenses and the Help Desk Support required. As the sole manufacturer, Accenture Federal Services, owns proprietary rights to the TMT solution that includes the licenses and Help Desk Support. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.�Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.� To be considered by the Government, interested parties must deliver their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government's requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on 19�Oct 2020.
