The Government intends to procure these items on an other than full and open competition.ï¿½ The statutory authority to be used to permit other than full and open competition for this action is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), ï¿½Soliciting from a Single Source.ï¿½ 1.ï¿½ Noun: Shroud, Assembly, Vial NSN: 6665-01-544-0792 Part No.: 20001591-30 Basic QTY: 10 U/I: EA Option: 100%ï¿½ 2.ï¿½Noun: Waste, Closure, Assembly NSN: 7240-01-542-6528 Part No.: 20001543-10 Basic QTY: 54 U/I: EA Option: 100%ï¿½ 3.ï¿½ï¿½Noun: Waste Receptacle NSN: 7240-01-537-1804 Part No.: 10080171 Basic QTY: 234 U/I: EA Option: 100%ï¿½ 2. There is not a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. The part is available from Aero International, LLC.ï¿½ Only the NSN or manufactureï¿½s part number is acceptable.ï¿½ï¿½ 3.
