Description

Construction Management Services, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) This is a Total Small Business Set Aside procurement per FAR 19.5. NAICS Code: 541330, Engineering Services. This solicitation, W912P820R0071, is anticipated to be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2 November 2020. The anticipated proposal submission date is set for 2 December 2020; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. The work consists of providing construction management services, primarily quality assurance activity (QAR) services for identified USACE projects within the New Orleans District. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on BetaSam (https://betasam.gov). You will need Adobe Reader for .pdf files (www.adobe.com ) in order to open most files posted by the New Orleans District.
