Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Surface Engineering and Alloy Company, Inc.. ( CAGE Code 8PE09) for the procurement of �an automated Plasma Transfer Arc Welding (PTAW) System to fulfill an United States Navy requirement. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a Firm-Fixed price type contract to Surface Engineering and Alloy Company, Inc. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.� Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.��� The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
