This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR PRICING AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation will be posted to the Contract Opportunities beta.SAM website approximately October 21, 2020. Applicable NAICS code is 238220. SBA Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million. This requirement is a FULL and OPEN competition. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required production in accordance with the RFQ statement of work. Contracting Office Address: VA Black Hills Health Care System, 113 Comanche Road, Ft. Meade, SD, 57741. Point of Contact: Angela Beck, Contracting Officer: angela.beck@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23), VA Black Hills Health Care System (VA-BHHCS), located in South Dakota, has a requirement for qualified firms capable of providing Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) Room Space Air Flow Testing & Balancing Service at the VA-BHHCS per the statement of work in the tentative Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price Contract. The performance period will begin 12/1/2020. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer.
