- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update Section C.1 Statement of Work with the following verbiage: 1) Alarm panels are not on POTS lines, they are all internet based communications using ALARMNET communicators. 2) A monthly log emailed to designated NPS personnel may be allowed in lieu of an internet-based log, only if approved by the Contracting Officer.
