Description

NIWC Pacific Code 22550 (53560 Hull Street San Diego, CA 92152-5001), in support of Code 55311, awarded IDIQ contract N66001-21-D-0011. The award was made to Perspecta Labs, Inc. on 14 October 2020. The base contract total ceiling amount is $24,658,266.17. The purpose of this effort is to provide telecommunication standards support to Naval Information Warfare Center � Pacific (NIWC Pacific) and the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Emergency Communications Division (ECD). The effort will extend existing National Security / Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) services by enabling Next Generation Network Priority Services (NGN-PS) over and Long Term Evolution (LTE) and 5G networks, including the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). The base contract Period of Performance (POP)/Ordering Period is 06 October 2020 through 05 October 2025; there are two, one-year option periods thereafter with a final expiration on 05 October 2027. The PSC for this requirement is AD24. The acquisition strategy involves a Sole Source Cost Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ contract. This requirement was not set aside.
