Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a Firm Fixed-Price Task Order to Flightline Electronics Inc. 7625 Omnitech Drive, Victor, NY, 14564-9816, on a sole source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0009 for 6 VPX Integrated Programmable Receiver (VIPR) Software Defined Sonobuoy Receiver (SDSR) and 6 Repair Kits. The expected delivery date is 23 March 2022.� This Order was awarded to Flightline Electronics Inc. in the amount of $1,242,754 with an overall value of $2,225,695 including options. This acquisition was conducted on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 18-0221, 27 September 2018, attached.
