- The Army Future�s Command Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) is seeking an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement for the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) � Training Simulation Management Tool (TSMT) Prototype Project, in accordance with the authority of 10 USC �2371b. The *Draft* Performance Work Statement and Questions and Answers in response to the Project TALX held on 07 October 2020, has been posted to the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) website at: � https://nstxl.org/opportunity/synthetic-training-environment-ste-training-simulation-management-tool-tsmt/ It is anticipated that the Government will continue posting draft documents, to include the Request for Solution (RFS) through the month of October.� The RFS is anticipated to be posted in November 2020. Responses to Q&As will continue to be provided as complete. **** All future updates related to this requirement will be posted to the TReX website ****
