- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to release a commercial Small Business set aside solicitation for Waste and Water Management System for the New York Harbor Healthcare System, Manhattan, Brooklyn and St. Albans campuses. The Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation number is 36C24220Q1233. All other contract details including full specification will be included in the RFQ which will be release on or before October 1, 2020.
