Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS) has determined a need to provide for the on-site septic system (OSS) to a new home located on Cowlitz Indian Reservation Trust Land to community water/sewer, located in Kitsap County, WA.� The following work requirements are anticipated: -Mobilization/Demobilization -Solid Sewer Pipe (4"" PVC SDR 35) -Underground Cleanout, Doublesweep -1,150 Gallon Concrete Septic Tank -Advanced Treatment Unit (NuWater BNR-500 Aerobic Treatment Tank or Equal) and Controls -1,000 Gallon Concrete Pump Tank and Controls -Sewer Force Main (1"" PVC Schedule 40) -Sand Mound Drainfield (608 ft2) with OSCAR-II (OS-300-7) dispersal system -Septic Tank Abandonment
