Description

This specification establishes the requirement for the design, delivery, and install of one Electromechanical Fuel System test stand to meet all testing requirements of NMWR 9-2910-231 WP 0009 (pages 93-117) and WP 0012 (pages 163-185) and one Oil Pump Test Stand to meet all testing requirements of NMWR 9-2940-200 WP 0008 (pages 87-111) on the Anniston Army Depot in Anniston Alabama.� Exact specifications and requirements will be explained in the solicitation.� This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses.� North American Industry Classification System Code is 334519; size standard is 750.� This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore hardcopies will not be provided.� Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation.� Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: beta.SAM.gov.� Estimated issue date is 10 Nov 2020.� CAUTION:� This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.� Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder�s mailing list.� It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.� POINT OF CONTACT:� Contract Specialist, 256-235-6023, E-Mail:� larry.d.stephney.civ@mail.mil.
