- ***5 October 2020 Update - SSN has been updated to reflect correct, applicable NAICS and to revise the draft SOW now dated 10052020*** This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (SSN).� On behalf of the Department of Defense and its team members, the General Services Administration (GSA) Region 5 Federal Acquisition Service Contracting Division is conducting market research to determine the availability and technical capability of vendors, both large and small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Business), to provide the required supplies and ancillary services.� This SSN is a follow-up to the previously issued ID05180020-RFI issued in May 2019. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES GSA is seeking information on potential sources that can provide lead integrator services to manage the various planning, acquisition� (of ancillary items needed for the integration of different systems), engineering, logistics, and integration functions supporting capability expansion for the Joint Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) Sensor Data Transport Infrastructure.� In its most comprehensive form, the site level integration entails a compilation of all end-to-end components needed to support sensor data backhaul from airborne assets to global customers with additional details provided in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) included in this SSN. Vendors interested and capable of performing under these services shall provide detailed responses on their ability to deliver the SOW requirements in accordance with the submission details listed herein. SUBMISSION DETAILS Responses should be no more than 5 pages in length and include: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Type of Business (Small/Large); Cage Code & DUNS number Existing GSA contract number, if applicable The contractor shall specifically identify and demonstrate their experience performing tasks similar to those described in the SOW, including any experience or understanding of the DoD�s existing AISR Sensor Data Transport Infrastructure. A statement confirming that your firm has reviewed and can comply with the description summary included with this announcement. Vendors who wish to respond to this SSN should send responses via email no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on 2 November 2020, to Rosemarie Buchalski at rosemarie.buchalski@gsa.gov and Theresa Vollink at theresa.vollink@gsa.gov.
