Description

NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC)�has a requirement for the extension of the Communications, Outreach, Multimedia, and Information Technology (COMIT) Contract. NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from MORI Associates, Inc.� Only MORI Associates, Inc. has the capability to provide diverse and specialized support services for information technology (IT), information management, communications, and multimedia services at NASA JSC, its associated sites and facilities, NASA Headquarters, and other NASA Centers during the period until IT services and communications services can be transitioned to regional or Agency-wide contracts.� This extension will include up to 17 months of performance from May 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Gisela Moreno, gisela.a.moreno@nasa.gov not later than 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on November 6, 2020.� Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.� A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
