- �***This solicitation 15A00021R00000005 hereby replaces 15A00020R00000134.*** �ATF�s Firearms Operations Division, National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) has a need for Technical and Operational Support Services. The contractor must have the capability to adapt to the ever evolving mission of ATF and continuous growth of NIBIN program. The contractor must be able to provide the following: �Adequate staffing and resources to ensure the successful operation of the NIBIN National Correlation Training Center (NNCTC). �Adequate staffing and resources to support ATF HQ and the ATF NIBIN Labs. �Adequate staffing and resources to support FOD�s CGIC requirements. This requirement is set aside as an 8(a) competitive requirement. The Period of Performance is to consist of a base year and four (4), one (1) year option periods.� The NAICS code for this acquisition is 518210 � Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard in accordance with https://www.sba.gov/document/support--table-size-standards. Contractors must be registered in the Government System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/.�Offeror Representations and Certifications � Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.
