Description

This agency proposes to issue a firm fixed price contract for four (4) each of Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Units, FSC 3419. Request for Quote SPE4A821Q0008 will be Unrestricted regarding the business size. This requisition will be other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources, as it is intended to result in a sole source award to Jalbert and Associates CAGE 6PES9 for Dissolved Air Flotation Unit. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-25-1028, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, and installation requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be�available�on or about 10/22/2020�via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dl/a.mil.� Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations.� Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.� Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF).� To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available.
