- Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW), Phoenix, AZ Office has a requirement for providing 3 each of a 18 Volt 10000 PSI Force Logic Hydraulic Pump Kit Milwaukee #2774-21HD, and 3 each of a Force Logic Hydraulic Pump Adjustable Bucket Hanger Milwaukee #49-12-2776. �This is a Brand Name Requirement and the justification is posted with this notice.� This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside with an assigned NAICS of 333999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. No formal solicitation will be issued.� The Request for Quotation will issued by email on or about October 27, 2020. Interested parties shall send an email to cagle@wapa.gov expressing an interest in this requirement with Milwaukee in the subject line no later than October 27, 2020. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated, and only new equipment will be accepted. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to Western Area Power Administration, Attn: Greg Cagle, Contract Specialist, 615 S. 43rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009-5313 or email to cagle@wapa.gov referencing the solicitation number in the subject line. No phone calls will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, and will be considered by the agency. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
