- Backhoe (CASE, John Deere, or Kubota) Loader with the following salient characteristics: Front End Loader (FEL) -FEL bucket. A 4-in-1 bucket with four capability configurations: dozer, scraper, loader (standard bucket), and clamshell. -Full length cutting edge on bucket. -FEL minimum dump clearance (reach) @ full height, 45-degree dump -no less than Bucket 8 ft, 10 in -no less than Bucket clamshell open 9 ft, 6 in -FEL bucket capacity minimum of 1.25 cubic yards -Hydraulic quick attach for FEL Backhoe -Digging radius from swing pivot no less than 17 ft, 6 in. -Loading height no less than 11 ft, -Loading height (dipper cylinder retracted) no less than 10 ft, -Loading reach no less than 7 ft -Loading reach (dipper cylinder retracted) no less than 4 ft 6 in -Maximum dig depth no less than to 13 ft, 10 in -Backhoe bucket capacity no less than 0.28 cubic yards with a width of no less than 24 in. -Boom lift capacity at full extension no less than 2700 lbs -Boom digging force no less than 12900 lbs at full extension. -Gripper teeth extensions -Hydraulic quick attach for backhoe dipper Engine -Minimum of 90hp engine. -Diesel engine. -Minimum of 30 gallons diesel fuel tank. -If the engine requires Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), the cap must be a locking cap or cover -Engine will have a self-protection feature to automatically shut down if the there is a critical system fault. Transmission -4 wheel drive -Clutch actuated with a minimum of 4 forward and 2 reverse gears -Capable of sustained maximum road speed of 20 mph Electrical -Two hazard/turn lights. -Minimum of two with a minimum of 55 Watt halogen or equivalent driving lights. -Minimum of two with a minimum of 55 Watt halogen or equivalent work lights. -Minimum of four adjustable work lights with a minimum of 55 Watt halogen or equivalent bulbs and two hazard/turn lights. -Rotating or LED caution beacon light. -24 volt (minimum) Starting system consisting of at least two 12 volt batteries.� (preferred but not required) -Battery disconnect Other Controls and Characteristics -Manual FEL and backhoe controls -Auxiliary hydraulic connections on FEL and backhoe dipper for attaching additional equipment such as auger, sweep, mower, etc. -Heavy counterweights for front -Stabilizer arms with flip over combination turf and street pads -Enclosed, heated cab with windshield wipers that provide protection from rollover, falling objects, debris, and rain. -Spare front wheel assembly (rim and tire) of same size and design as mounted wheel. -Spare rear wheel assembly (rim and tire) of same size and design as mounted wheel. -Mounted tool box Manufacturer -CASE, John Deere, or Kubota
