BLDG 309 NEW ORLEANS, LA 70143����������������� The period of performance will take place on: 01 December 2020 -30 September, 2021. 01 December, 2020 � 30 September, 2021 (Base) 01 October, 2021 � 30 September, 2022 (option year 1) 01 October, 2022 � 30 September, 2023 (option year 2) 01 October, 2023 � 30 September, 2024 (option Year 3) 01 October, 2024 � 30 September, 2025 (option Year 4) WORK REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall provide all direct and indirect labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, disposal costs and all incidental and related work and service necessary to collect and dispose of solid waste and recycling. Vendors shall deliver Refuse and recycling containers to specified units and provide On Call, weekly, and bi-weekly services. Delivery Schedule: Request all quotations to include a direct shipping estimate for standard delivery within 30 days ARO. All Quotations shall include the following information: � Contractor Tax Identification Number � Contractor Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Number � Service information showing all specifications and capabilities for the service being offered for review in meeting the Government's need The NAICS Code for this requirement is 562111, for collecting and/or hauling nonhazardous solid waste. Recyclable material hauling. This requirement is set aside for small business only. The size standard associated with NAICS 562111 is $38.5 million (effective July 14, 2014) All quotations submitted will be evaluated in terms of the requirements in this RFQ, price and delivery. Upon conclusion of the evaluation, the quotation that is most advantageous to the Government may result in an award to other than the lowest offer.
