- 22 Oct 2020 -�Added Blank Sources Sought Information Sheet. 21 Oct 2020 - This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only in conducting market research.� USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Military Ports of Turkey in Agalar and Aksaz. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of performance of 1 June 2021 through 30 November 2026.� Services include providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials in connection with the receipt, disposition, processing and loading/discharging of vessels at the seaports.� The general scope of S&RTS services includes, Vessel Loading, Vessel Discharging, Receipt of Cargo, Disposition of Cargo, Stuffing/Unstuffing of Cargo, Tallying and Checking, Handling of Government Provided Securing Material, Management Services, Warehousing Operations, Opening and Closing of Vessels and Customs Related Services. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 488320 or 488999. Vessel Loading Vessel Discharging Receipt of Cargo Disposition of Cargo Stuffing/Unstuffing of Cargo Tallying and Checking Handling of Government Provided Securing Material Management Services Warehousing Operations Opening and Closing of Vessels Customs Related Services The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses.� This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Although this is a Sources Sought Notice only, interested parties or potential contractors must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award. For this potential requirement, the SAM registration should list either NAICS 488320 or 488999.� SAM is an official website of the U.S. Government. There is NO cost to use SAM.
