This is a PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO)8 James A. Haley Veterans� Hospital(JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Vehicle Transport Barrier. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this procurement is 337215. Size Standard 500 employees. This procurement is to be set-aside 100% for SERVICE DISABLE VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB).� Quotes from other than SDVOSB concerns shall be rejected and shall receive no further consideration. All interested parties MUST be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) at https://sam.gov/SAM/ and for SDVOSB concerns must be registered and verified with Vet Biz at https://vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ The RFQ solicitation 36C24821Q0066 will be posted to the Contract Opportunities website on or about 23 October 2020.
