- INTRODUCTION � US Postal Service Nationwide Prequalification The Postal Service is interested in prequalifying suppliers for upcoming projects nationwide and in US territories. The information you provide in your Prequalification Package will be the basis for the evaluation of your company. To ensure your Prequalification is given full consideration, you must do the following: Read this information carefully to make sure you understand what is required. Provide a complete Prequalification Package in accordance with the instructions herein. Do not leave any portion blank; indicate N/A if not applicable. Provide information on the attached forms (or photocopies of the attached forms). The projected value of the upcoming projects are anticipated to range anywhere between $1M and $100M each. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Firm Fixed Price Contracts (Design-Bid-Build) and Design-Build contracts involving new construction and expansion projects of Postal Facilities typically ranging from 5000 to 500,000 square feet. Some of our larger scale upcoming Design Build projects are anticipated to be located in, but not limited to, the following states and territories: Ohio; Missouri and Texas.� Additional lower valued projects may include various scopes of work to include but not limited to, Security System Upgrades, Fire Alarm / Fire Suppression, Underground and Above Ground Storage Tank Removals and Replacements, and Energy Upgrade related projects involving Lighting, HVAC and Compressed Air Upgrades. Your submitted prequalification package will be evaluated and if accepted by the US Postal Service, will allow your company to be placed on our source list which will be a resource utilized by Supply Management where you may be invited to participate in upcoming solicitations.� Acceptance of your submitted prequalification package by the US Postal Service does not guarantee participation and will be determined by the US Postal Purchasing Team at the time of solicitation.� In addition to this prequalification, the Postal Service reserves the right to publically advertise any project if additional resources are needed.� Submittals must be emailed in no more than one (1) pdf file to the two identified contacts shown below by 3:00 PM EST on December 7, 2020.� Earlier submissions are encouraged and may provide for earlier opportunities.� File size limitations are to be limited to 25MB, please utilize the following defined nomenclature when returning your submittal: Company Name � FY21 Nationwide Prequalification Based on participation, the prequalification may be extended beyond the identified close date to allow for additional submissions and will be at the discretion of the US Postal Service.� This prequalification is being advertised on Beta.Sam.Gov USPS Contacts: Primary: Lauren Shaver, USPS Purchasing & SM Specialist, Lauren.A.Shaver@usps.gov� Secondary: Thomas Pio, USPS Purchasing & SM Specialist Thomas.M.Pio@usps.gov�� Please no phone calls.
