- Enclosed/attached is the U.S. Army Sources Sought Questionnaire related to potential new purchase of a Hydraulic Excavator (HYEX) Type I (Armored) and HYEX Type II.� The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify potential sources that can provide the HYEX Type I and Type II. The secondary purpose of this questionnaire is to determine the availability of potential new requirements.� See the note at the bottom of the paragraph for requirements information.
